Introduction

This year's Maya Craft Show will be held on Saturday, November 3rd, 2018 from 9am–3pm at Maya Angelou Elementary School. Over 80 vendors will be showcasing a variety of arts and crafts, vintage goods, fine arts, and food.

A $10 late fee will be applied to applications received after this date.
Setup Friday, November 2nd, 2018 7pm—9pm
Saturday, November 3rd, 2018 7am—8:30am
Craft Show Saturday, November 3rd, 2018 9am—3pm

Rules

  1. All items must be handmade.
  2. Vendors will be notified of their acceptance by October 1st, 2018. Vendors who are not accepted will receive a full refund.
  3. Booth fees are refundable until 10 days before the show, minus a $10 cancellation fee.
  4. Vendors must remain in their stocked booth for the duration of the event.
  5. Vendors are asked to donate one item that will be used in a raffle benefiting the Maya Angelou PTO.
  6. Vendors must be out of the building by 5pm.

Booths

Booths will be located throughout the school and traffic will be directed to ensure customers are aware of all vendors. To avoid direct competition, efforts will be made to place vendors with similar items in different areas of the school.
