The 2017 Maya Craft Show will be held November 4th from 9am–3pm at Maya Angelou Elementary School. Over 80 vendors will be showcasing a variety of arts and crafts, vintage goods, fine arts, and food.

The Maya Craft Show is one of the most popular craft shows in the Tri-Cities, and attendance is expected to continue to grow each year. Traffic is heaviest in the morning and remains fairly steady throughout the day, with a slight bump after lunch. The graph below shows traffic from the 2016 Maya Craft Show.

A $10 late fee will be applied to applications received after this date.
Setup Friday, November 3, 2017 7pm—9pm
Saturday, November 4, 2017 7am—9am
Craft Show Saturday, November 4, 2017 9am—3pm
Cleanup Saturday, November 4, 2017 3pm—5pm
Vendors must be completely cleared out by 5pm.


  1. All items must be handmade.
  2. Vendors will be notified of their acceptance by October 15th, 2017. Vendors who are not accepted will receive a full refund.
  3. Booth fees are refundable until 10 days before the show, minus a $10 cancellation fee.
  4. Vendors must remain in their stocked booth for the duration of the event.
  5. Vendors are asked to donate one item that will be used in a raffle benefiting the Maya Angelou PTO.
